Camera System Tune-up

• All camera tune-ups feature the following services:
• Chemically clean all lenses, system housing, handpieces & cables
• Clean all electronic boards, cooling fan and all optical elements in the light source
  
• Adjust white balance, color and sharpness

• Replace halogen bulb

Intraoral Optics Repairs & Tune-ups, Repairs Foggy and Spotted Images

• Rebuild complete 90 degree optical lens assembly

Micro-processors and circuit boards are tested with oscilloscopes down to the component level and vector scopes are used to insure accurate image color results. Computer software is utilized, if available, for calibrating intraoral camera digital processors to adjust the parameters more accurately and completely.

Printer Tune-up & Repairs

You should service your printer at least every two years.

Complete Printer Minor Tune-ups Include:

• Clean, align and adjust heads
  
• Check all system functions and calibrate
  
• All printer repairs are quality inspected and tested before returning to the customer
  
• A test print is attached and all pre-settings are documented so that when returned, the
• system is correctly set to your original configuration

Complete Printer Major I, II & III Tune-ups Include:

• All minor tune-up functions
• All defective parts are repaired or replaced

Printer problems:

• Paper Jams – Problem with getting error messages, red lights flashing and you cannot capture an image? We recommend a Minor or Major-I Tune-up that includes replacing sensors and gears, cleaning, adjusting and calibrating.
  
• Print Head Replacement – Problem with horizontal white lines across your images or poor quality prints? We recommend a Major-II Tune-up that includes replacing the print head.
  
• Main Circuit Board Repair: - Problem with no image, poor color or distorted image? We recommend a Major-III Tune-up that includes repairing or replacing the main circuit board.
